The car high-voltage cable manufacturing process
Quality control: After the high-voltage cable is processed, it is only a semi-finished product and needs to pass a strict inspection before it can be qualified for storage. Precautions:
1: Whether the raw materials used are correct, such as the voltage resistance of the wire, the type of connector, etc.
2: Whether the appearance of the terminal crimp conforms to the crimp specification, whether the tension value conforms to the requirements of Figure 3, and whether the shape of the terminal conforms to the requirements of Figure 4.
3: The bellows is cut flush, giving priority to the cutting point of the bellows at the crest position to ensure the accuracy of the processing size and reduce the use of the bellows mouth on the wire wear.
4: The heat shrink tube should not be punctured, and the heat shrink position should be accurate.
5: The information of the tube content of the printed label should be accurate and complete, and there should be no wrong tape or omission during processing.
6: The joint ensures that the tightening torque meets the processing requirements.
The last tip: the correct processing technology and reasonable selection of raw materials is the premise of the harness to achieve the function, only in the preliminary process design stage of the raw materials to make a reasonable choice, the preparation of reasonable processing technology, to ensure that the harness normal, stable and reliable completion of the signal and circuit transmission tasks.
