Company News
In today's era, new energy vehicles have become a trend. Although the market is still dominated by fuel vehicles, the development of new energy vehicles can not be underestimated. Of course, the power piles for new energy vehicle resources include DC and AC.
According to the applicable charging, the AC pile is also a slow charging pile, which is suitable for families or electric vehicles with their own parking spaces, or lithium batteries that cannot be charged quickly. It has enough charging time, and is not suitable for temporary charging or occasions with time restrictions. In addition, only slow filling piles can be used for power supply load restrictions. The AC charging pile only provides power output and has no charging function. It needs to be connected to the on-board motor to charge the electric vehicle. It is equivalent to only playing the role of controlling the power supply. The power of AC charging pile is generally small. The more common one is 7KW. The charging time generally takes several hours. It is suitable for going home at night and charging. It is just full the next morning.
AC charging pile, commonly known as "slow charging", is a power supply device fixedly installed outside the electric vehicle and connected with the AC power grid, which can provide DC power for the power battery of off-board electric vehicle. The output of DC charging pile is sweet DC, which directly charges the power battery of electric vehicle. The DC charging pile directly outputs DC power to the vehicle battery for charging, and the power is generally large. Now 40kW and 60kW are common in the market, and 120kw is also available in large cities. Because the DC pile has a large output power, it is not suitable for home decoration, and excessive power will involve the problem of transformer. However, the charging speed of DC pile is faster, and the higher the power, the faster the charging speed, Usually, it takes more than half an hour to charge 40kW for 300 kilometers, and 120kw takes about a few minutes.
The main difference between the two is that the AC pile power is small, the charging time is long, and the loss of the battery is small; DC pile has high power, fast charging and large battery loss. AC piles can be installed anywhere, but DC piles are not suitable for installation at home. At the same time, it should be noted that the higher the power, the higher the price of the charging pile.
In addition, how should the AC charging pile be used? When the charging pile is installed or during charging, the vehicle stops driving and can only be charged when it is stationary. Please turn off the hybrid electric vehicle before charging.
If the electric vehicle cannot start charging, please check whether the electric vehicle is an international charging socket and whether the electric vehicle indicates a fault. If there is a fault, please consult the electric vehicle dealer. Otherwise, if there is no problem, please plug in the charging gun again and try to start charging again.
Precautions for charging pile: keep the charging gun head clean and dry. If there is dirt, please wipe it with a clean and dry cloth. It is strictly prohibited to touch the charging gun core with your hand when it is charged.
